SendAReview.com helps local businesses send Google review requests to their customers via SMS or email. The Service generates a personalized page you can use to send review request links. We do not send messages on your behalf - your device's native messaging or email app handles delivery.
You agree to use the Service only for legitimate business purposes. You may not:
You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
You are responsible for complying with Google's review policies. We are not affiliated with Google.
We provide the Service without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of business, data, or revenue.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to accounts that violate these terms, have been inactive for an extended period, or that we determine are no longer in good standing. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users where practicable, but are not obligated to do so.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
